Available Classes

Confidence, self-awareness, and respect are the main focus of our kids' classes. We strive to ensure that our kids know their capabilities and are not afraid to be​ truthful to themselves while also respecting the world around them.

We offer Kung-Fu Choy Lay Fut classes, this style has its roots in southern China and is particularly well-suited for kids due to its simplicity and grounded nature.

With its wide movements and flowing techniques, Kung-Fu Choy Lay Fut teaches self-awareness and improves cardiovascular and pulmonary health.

When teaching martial arts to kids, it is important to demonstrate the significance of discipline and respect in a fun environment while also uplifting their spirits for everyday life.

Our kids' classes typically have a maximum of six students per class. 

Kids Beginner classes are 45 minutes long and Advanced is 60 minutes.
